Largest Supplier of Tarkett Products, the Tarkett Johnsonite Raised Square Gateway Stair Tread 60 inch Square Nose in Gray delivers dependable rubber stair protection with a defined square profile and 60 inch x 12.5 inch dimensions. When you need reliable stair safety for busy corridors and public spaces, this tread stands out for its precision construction and clear focus on slip resistance. The pattern of raised squares isn't just about appearance-each one offers additional grip, supporting secure footing in settings where every step counts.

Made in the United States from quality rubber, this stair tread brings durability and flexibility to the table. It bends just enough for straightforward installation but stands up to high-volume use without curling or hardening over time. The square nose means you get a clean, sharp edge that meets the step solidly, helping prevent wear at corners and minimizing trip points. With its 12.5-inch width and 60-inch length, it's a straightforward fit for standard stairs, eliminating unsightly seams or overlaps. The gray color easily manages to hide dirt and day-to-day scuffing, maintaining a consistently fresh appearance even in busy environments.

The warranty runs five years, which reflects Tarkett's attention to longevity and reliability in places where maintenance cycles can't always be frequent. Raised square treads are the typical choice where safety codes put a premium on traction-think public schools, clinics, or office buildings where liability and steady foot traffic are constant. On days with wet shoes or rolling carts, the high-traction surface can help reduce risk in ways a flat surface simply won't manage.

This model is part of Tarkett's Angle Fit series, intended to hug the shape of stairs closely for consistent results every time. It's a solid pick whether you're tackling a new installation or refreshing worn treads in an older space-compatibility with standard commercial adhesives means you can match the product to your preferred install method, keeping labor simple and results professional.

For additional technical details, reference the official Tarkett product page for downloadable spec sheets and deeper breakdowns. Precision, fit, and reliable texture are the unmissable features here-these treads aren't trying to impress with flash, but with a repeatable consistency that keeps facility managers and tenants happy. Alternate sizes or shades are available in this Gateway Stair Tread line if your project calls for something different.

In summary, this stair tread gives you no-nonsense durability, a smart slip-resistant surface, and installation flexibility supported by a clear manufacturer guarantee. Everything about this product is focused on safer, longer-lasting stair protection that keeps maintenance low and appearance consistent from install to install.
