Quick Ship Tarkett Color Splash Raised Round Gray Rubber Stair Tread, 60 inch x 12.25 inch, is engineered for lasting performance in busy commercial stairwells. If your priority is reliable traction without sacrificing appearance, this product offers a practical solution for high-traffic environments. The raised round surface detail gives each step a secure, tactile feel underfoot while delivering a look that aligns with modern commercial interiors. The gray color is understated and versatile, making it suitable for a range of institutional and professional spaces where durability and appearance both matter.

Manufactured from genuine rubber, this stair tread has a noticeable resilience-firm enough to hold up under constant use but without the harsh feel of harder plastics. Its square profile means every tread lines up cleanly with the stair edge, providing a seamless fit and helping to prevent uneven steps. At 60 inches in length and 12.25 inches wide, coverage is broad enough to fit standard commercial stairs in a single run, reducing material waste and installation time.

One of the main advantages here is straightforward maintenance. Unlike heavily textured treads, the raised round style resists dirt buildup and wipes clean easily, which is especially useful in schools, healthcare facilities, and public venues where turnaround times between cleanings can be tight. The material's composition also helps resist surface scuffs and stains, so the treads maintain a fresh, professional look even after repeated moppings or foot traffic.

A five-year warranty reflects the manufacturing quality, while the product's origin in the United States supports local project requirements and may streamline procurement. The Quick Ship option shortens delivery windows, a critical advantage for jobs on fixed timelines where delays can cause cascading issues down the line.

The square edge offers clean lines for visual continuity across any contemporary stair installation, while the through-color rubber means any abrasions show minimally since the shade comes from the material itself-not just a surface layer. This particular tread falls under the Color Splash collection-while gray is the focus here, other options in the range provide different looks if that's required to coordinate with broader project palettes. The model number for this tread is RNRDSPVG160, making it easy to order or specify as part of your submittal process.
