ShopToday and Save with the Tarkett Johnsonite Palous Falls Color Splash Blue Stair Tread Raised Round 60 inch, built for dependable traction and routine-heavy footsteps in busy settings. This stair tread goes beyond basic coverage-it uses a raised round surface that gives slip resistance where you need it most, whether in a school hallway, a corporate stairwell, or a gym stairway. Blue brings a visual signal and clean appearance, while a square edge ensures each tread lines up flush along the stair, supporting code compliance and peace of mind in public and commercial spaces.

Measuring 60 inches in length and 12.25 inches wide, you get straightforward sizing for one-step installations with fewer cuts. The square profile sits flat across most standard steps and offers consistent surface contact for the tread's full width. Rubber construction stands up to repeated knocks, daily moisture, and frequent cleaning cycles-ideal for areas that see continuous movement from dawn until dusk. The whole surface is solid but flexible, so it takes impact without cracking or deforming, maintaining its look through hard use. The blue color is permanent and set into the tread, made to resist fading and scuffing over time.

The raised round pattern is there for more than just looks. It's a widely used texture for ensuring sure footing, helping to manage slip risk, especially when conditions get wet or muddy. Unlike deep grooves that catch debris, these subtle circles sweep clean with minimal effort, so custodial teams can maintain safety without added hassle. Facility managers often choose this profile when they're sourcing for both performance and quick maintenance. Rubber's natural resilience also means these treads help absorb some sound, which can matter in schools and offices where echo reduction is a plus.

This model is made in the United States and comes with a 5-year warranty from Tarkett, backing up its reputation for lasting hard use. If you're managing multi-story buildings, the Color Splash collection provides more colors in the same dimensions, allowing for consistent visual cues across different floors or environments. Stair risers and adhesives are not included, but options compatible with this tread are available separately to complete your stairway project efficiently.

The square profile allows for easy alignment along step edges and suits modern professional projects, whether for new construction or updating existing stairs. Over time, you'll notice this tread keeps its shape and grip without fraying or sidewall curling.
