Large Savings for Mannington Burke Colorspec Tail Feather Rubber Tile 18 inch x 18 inch Smooth is built for locations that see a lot of action and need practical flooring. Each tile measures 18 inches by 18 inches with a 1/8 inch thickness, so you get a low profile that fits easily under doors and transitions. This larger size means there are fewer seams to manage, and it makes installation simpler-especially in wide, open spaces.

The Tail Feather color falls somewhere between charcoal and espresso-dark enough to anchor a room but not as harsh as pure black. It minimizes the look of dirt and scuffs over time, a feature that commercial and educational spaces often prioritize. Because the surface is smooth and finished with a matte texture, it's easy to clean with standard maintenance tools but isn't shiny or slippery. People who work in janitorial or facility roles will notice that routine cleaning doesn't leave marks or streaks.

This thermoset rubber tile handles daily foot traffic and can tolerate most cleaning chemicals without reacting or fading, thanks to the chemical-resistant and heat-stable formulation. You get slip resistance built in, suitable for busy corridors, entrances, or multipurpose rooms where safety standards are a concern. With a 10-year commercial warranty, maintenance and operations teams can plan for the long term without worrying about early replacement costs or recurring repairs.

The glue-down installation method ensures the flooring stays put over time, reducing any movement or curling at the edges. This also streamlines the process for contractors-no need to fuss with complicated systems, just proper adhesive for a stable result. The smooth profile of the Colorspec series is a straightforward option for those who favor utility, value, and a steady appearance over trends. Order Your Mannington Burke Online
