Enjoy Discounts on Mannington Burke Colorspec Flint Rubber Tile 18 inch x 18 inch Smooth is a practical flooring choice designed for demanding spaces that need reliable performance and consistent color. You get an 18-inch by 18-inch square, with a modest 1/8-inch thickness, which lands right in that sweet spot for both durability and comfortable underfoot feel. This tile's matte finish gives floors a low-glare, understated look, and the Flint color is neutral enough to blend seamlessly with most interiors-schools, fitness rooms, retail corridors, you name it.

What stands out is the thermoset rubber construction. You're looking at a tile that not only resists scuffs, chemicals, and stains, but also holds up well against repeated cleaning routines-no warping or fading from everyday wear. Floors stay slip-resistant, even in busy settings or where moisture is a variable, so you don't have to sacrifice safety for appearance. With color stability that handles heat over time, the original Flint you see is the color you'll keep, without streaks or uneven fading to worry about.

This series offers both square sculptured and smooth profiles, but the version here is smooth-there's a distinct difference in how easy it is to keep clean, especially in large installations, and there's no pattern to disrupt uniformity across spaces. Each tile is specified for glue-down installation, which delivers a consistently firm surface, and the size makes for a straightforward grid layout-no complicated cuts or layouts unless you want them. The flexibility in installation suits both fast-paced timelines and more detailed project requirements.

Long-term, the Colorspec tile is covered by a 10-year commercial warranty-Mannington backs its products for busy public environments. You can order exactly what you need, match existing Burke installations, or tackle new builds with less lead time thanks to quick shipping through Lemon Flooring. And with the tile made for the realities of modern maintenance, you're not committing to a product that soaks up maintenance hours. Free local pick up is available for those nearby; otherwise, plans for nationwide delivery make bulk orders practical for contractors.
