Order Now and Save Mannington Burke Colorspec Desert Smooth Rubber Tile 18 inch x 18 inch Rubber Flooring offers practical performance and a clean, versatile look for high-traffic professional and residential spaces. This tile, in a muted Desert shade, supports current interior preferences for subtle, adaptable color casts that work with both contemporary and classic schemes.

Each tile measures 18 by 18 inches, at 1/8 inch thickness, giving you a floor surface that's both unobtrusive and easy to maintain. The smooth matte finish underfoot is paired with a slip-resistant surface-welcome news in environments where stability and safety are a must. These tiles install with glue-down adhesive for a solid, permanent fit that handles daily activity without shifting or curling at the edges.

Thermoset rubber construction means the floor remains comfortable with regular use, while also standing up to chemicals and temperature fluctuations that might break down less durable surfaces. Color stability is maintained even through frequent cleaning, so the Desert hue won't fade or distort over time. It's a practical flooring option in settings like healthcare, education, and facilities management, where appearance and utility are equally important.

The Colorspec series from Mannington Burke provides a choice between smooth and square sculptured profiles, allowing for straightforward coordination across a facility. The smooth profile is especially simple to keep looking fresh, which helps keep ongoing maintenance requirements minimal.

Contractors and project managers value the balance between reliable manufacturing and cost efficiency within this product line. With bulk ordering options and timely distribution throughout the US, including swift shipping and volume discounts, staying on schedule and under budget is within reach.
