Invest in Mannington Burke Colorspec Stone Set Rubber Tile Stone Set Smooth Rubber Flooring 18 inch x 18 inch is a glue-down thermoset tile designed for rooms that see steady daily use but require a stable, predictable surface. With each tile measuring a square 18 by 18 inches and a thickness of 1/8 inch, the size is practical for both new installations and renovations when uniform coverage matters.

The matte finish keeps glare down and fingerprints in check, giving the Colorspec series a subtle, professional appearance that works well in corporate offices, public buildings, or anywhere that leans on muted aesthetics. Stone Set is a steady gray tone-versatile enough to anchor a space on its own or pair with other tiles in the series for checkerboard or border effects. There are no exaggerated designs here. What stands out are the muted color, tactile smoothness underfoot, and practical sense that the tile simply works hard without drawing attention to itself.

If you need something inherently safer underfoot, these tiles include a slip-resistant surface profile that maintains grip, even if things get damp. The chemical-resistant, thermoset rubber construction holds up in labs, entryways, or places where you need to clean with more than warm water and a mop. Heat-resistant color stability means the look stays consistent over time, making maintenance more straightforward-no dramatic fading, yellowing, or odd tonality shifts months in.

Recommended for glue-down installation, these tiles integrate into commercial flooring layouts or multi-purpose rooms where longevity can't be an afterthought. Mannington Burke Colorspec series carries a 10-year commercial warranty, a detail that matters when the stakes are time, cost, and reliability rather than trend appeal.
