Great Deals on Mannington Burke Colorspec Side Out Fleck Rubber Tile Side Out Fleck Rubber Tile 18 inch x 18 inch is specifically designed to offer durable performance with a matte finish and slip-resistant surface in commercial and institutional settings. These 18 inch by 18 inch square tiles in Side Out Fleck provide uniform coverage and a smooth profile that sits level to subfloor, creating a cohesive surface that feels stable underfoot.

The thermoset rubber construction delivers reliable chemical resistance, enhanced color stability under heat, and the kind of day-to-day wear protection that stands up to heavy foot traffic. With a 1/8 inch thickness, the tile maintains a low profile without sacrificing protection, making it suitable for environments ranging from corridors and classrooms to retail and public spaces.

The glue-down installation is direct and straightforward, ensuring each tile remains firmly in place once set. Maintenance is minimal - the matte finish helps disguise scuffs and the surface texture keeps the floor safe under wet and dry conditions. Unlike many alternatives, Colorspec tiles can be selected in both smooth and sculptured profiles, giving you control over your completed look and function. If you need a consistent appearance across a large footprint, the smooth 18x18 tile in Side Out Fleck is a practical solution.

This product comes with a 10-year commercial warranty, underscoring Mannington Burke's commitment to long-term reliability and value. The color is deep Side Out Fleck, with a true neutral tone that pairs easily with a wide variety of palettes and architectural styles, ensuring flexibility no matter your project's requirements.
