Largest Retailer Flexco 72 inch 701 Graystone Heavy Duty Rubber Stair Tread combines reliable performance, 12 inch width, and square profile in durable rubber construction. The Radial II series is built for steady traffic loads and frequent use, providing stability and impact resistance that you can count on in a busy facility. Made in the United States, this tread delivers on both safety and long-term value, covering stairways with dependable quality for years to come.

Measuring a full 72 inches in length and 12 inches wide, this stair tread is sized to fit most standard step requirements. You eliminate the need for piecing together sections on each step, which saves installation time and keeps the finish tidy. The heavy duty rubber stands up to repeated footfalls and heavy rolling loads, and it shrugs off scuffs and dents from day-to-day use. Maintenance is simple-these treads handle regular cleaning without staining or losing shape, and they don't easily absorb grime, which is ideal for high-traffic areas.

The square profile offers a crisp transition at the edge of each stair. This isn't just about appearance-the defined angle minimizes flex and helps maintain a uniform step edge throughout its lifespan. In commercial spaces where a straightforward, clean look is needed, this tread maintains a tidy, functional appearance without pulling focus from surrounding floors or walls.

The Graystone (701) color blends in with a range of architectural schemes while concealing dust and minor marks between cleanings. It's a practical shade for long-term maintenance and won't draw unnecessary attention when used across multiple flights or in larger buildings. The finish avoids high shine, striking a balance that works in professional environments like schools, offices, public halls, or healthcare settings.

Every stair tread in this series is protected by a 10-year warranty, giving you added peace of mind if you're outfitting institutional spaces or handling a retrofit job. Full installation guidance, adhesive recommendations, and care procedures can be found here, so you can prepare for a straightforward install without surprises.

If you need a stair tread solution that handles tough day-to-day use, provides a distinct step edge, and meets contract-grade standards, the Flexco Radial II Adjustable Nose Heavy Duty Rubber Stair Tread in 701 Graystone fits the bill. Every element is chosen for performance and reliability-that's the practical advantage when you're working on a space that can't afford downtime or recurring repairs.
