Up to 40% off retail, the Flexco 72 inch 701 Graphite Radial II Adjustable Nose Heavy Duty Rubber Stair Tread in gray provides durable stair protection with a square profile. Measured at a full 72 inches long and 12 inches wide, this stair tread covers standard and extended steps in one piece, minimizing seams and reducing installation time. Its square profile presents a clean, well-defined line across each tread, and the adjustable nose makes it easier to adapt the fit across varied stair fronts for a smoother transition and greater safety.

Built from heavy duty rubber, the 701 Graphite is intended for high-traffic commercial environments where impacts, wheeled loads, and ongoing foot traffic are the standard. It resists scuffs and surface dents, standing up to regular use without showing premature wear. The gray tone avoids the issue of visible staining, balancing well with both light and dark flooring options at the landing. The adjustable nose feature means fewer gaps at the stair edge, reducing the risk of tripping and supporting better compliance with common safety regulations in public areas.

Maintenance is straightforward. The stair tread's rubber surface is easier to clean than painted wood or metal, and the finished edges avoid the fraying or curling you sometimes find with thinner or lower quality treads. You'll also notice less flex underfoot, which adds a sense of stability as you go up or down the stairs. Manufactured in the United States and backed by a 10-year warranty, this solution provides reliable protection for the long haul.
