Guaranteed Savings, the Flexco 72 inch 701 Charcoal Radial II Heavy Duty Rubber Stair Tread in Gray features a square profile and is built for demanding, high-use stairways. This stair tread is built for settings where long service life and practical value matter-think airports, schools, health care, and public office spaces. It measures a full 72 inches in length and 12 inches in width, so you're covered for most standard steps and serious daily foot traffic. The tread is made from heavy duty rubber, chosen for its ability to withstand repeated use and day-to-day impacts.

The Radial II series stands out with its adjustable nose, which means you get a straightforward install even on stairs that aren't perfectly uniform. The square profile gives each step a finished, professional look, sitting flush along the edge and offering a consistent feel underfoot. The 701 Charcoal color is a solid shade of gray that won't stand out for the wrong reasons-easy to work into a wide range of commercial interiors without clashing or looking dated.

Details here are direct: 72-inch length, 12-inch width, built for heavy-duty application. The adjustable nose helps you line up the fit, especially when step depth varies slightly from stair to stair. Flexco supports these treads with a 10-year warranty, which indicates they expect them to stand up to tough conditions for a long time without problems.

Manufactured in the United States, this stair tread meets domestic sourcing requirements for institutional and commercial projects. The square edge isn't just about aesthetics-it means sure-footedness, offering crisp definition on each riser and giving a reliable landing for every step. Heavy duty rubber means you're not asking for replacements after a year or two; it's made for environments that see full shifts of people using the stairs daily.

If you're considering how to secure these treads, compatible installation accessories or adhesives will depend on your subfloor and traffic, but the Radial II is set up for typical commercial installations. That square profile means it will slot right into large-scale, public settings where a straightforward, reliable tread is a must-places like office buildings, colleges, hospitals, or high-traffic retail spaces.

With cost savings available, the Flexco 72 inch 701 Charcoal Radial II gives facility managers, builders, or renovators an American-made solution that's built to handle the long haul. The adjustable fit and warranty just add to its appeal for anyone needing a stair tread that's simple to specify and serious about lasting.
