Buy with Confidence with the Tarkett Johnsonite Raised Square Pebble Stair Tread Gray 72 inch Square Nose Rubber Stair Tread, sized at 72 inches by 12.5 inches. This stair tread is made for commercial spaces where foot traffic is constant-offices, educational buildings, or retail environments that can't afford flooring that needs babying. The raised square pebble surface is not just aesthetic; it significantly improves footing, even in higher-risk conditions. The gray is practical-mid-tone enough that it fares well against visible wear, dust, and scuff marks, while still working with most architectural color schemes.

Measuring in at 72 inches long and 12.5 inches wide, this stair tread covers the full step area you'll see in typical installations. There's next to no waste or awkward trimming. Its rubber construction won't crack or quickly flatten under daily impact. The square nose edge fits cleanly along standard steps, so you avoid any uncomfortable lip or trip hazard on step edges or wheeled equipment. The Angle Fit approach helps with quick, straight installation even in stairwells where the existing surfaces aren't perfectly aligned or square.

This is made in the United States and backed by a 5-year warranty-details that matter if facility upkeep and compliance are part of your job description. Maintenance is simple: the raised grid pattern handles debris and dirt better than flat treads, so floors stay visibly cleaner for longer periods. Most cleaners are safe for use, and you have flexibility in adhesive choice, matching substrate needs or facility policy (adhesives not included, which puts install decisions in your hands).

For property managers and contractors, it answers the call for slip-resistance, long-term durability, and minimal maintenance downtime. The straightforward approach is a plus-no unnecessary features, no convoluted install process.
