Guaranteed Savings on the Tarkett Johnsonite Raised Square Grey Haze Stair Tread offers a 48 inch gray rubber solution with a square nose for reliable commercial stair protection. For facilities that experience consistent foot traffic, finding stair treads that will last and maintain a polished look is key. The Tarkett Johnsonite Raised Square Grey Haze stair tread is built for exactly these spaces, where longevity and uniform appearance truly matter-without offering up empty promises.

This stair tread measures 48 inches in length and spans 12.5 inches in width, which means it covers both standard and slightly wider stairs without requiring extra modifications. You'll notice the raised square texture across the surface right away. It's not just for show; steps feel secure underfoot thanks to increased grip from every raised unit, offering more safety than flat alternatives in high-activity areas. The square nose sits flush to most risers, so there's no awkward gap that can turn into a trip point.

Composed of commercial-grade rubber throughout, this stair tread holds up against daily wear, resists scuffs, and helps cut down on cleaning time. Unlike stiffer, brittle competitors, the rubber base remains resilient and flexible. Even after high usage, it doesn't show the usual chipping or cracking, and the Grey Haze color-a balanced, understated gray-fits neatly into workplaces, healthcare environments, or high-traffic public spaces seeking a professional visual.

The Angle Fit finish helps the tread align accurately along different stair configurations, supporting a consistent look from one flight to the next. Installation is straightforward with the right adhesive (not included), and once set, the fit remains stable even with shifting humidity or temperature. The raised square surface adds visual order and is subtle enough to coordinate well with surrounding floors and accents. Manufactured in the United States, this model is supported by a 5-year warranty, underscoring its reliability for daily use and cleaning cycles.

This option stands out for those who want stair protection that doesn't require frequent replacements. Because dimensions are exact, you avoid measuring guesswork or tricky modification on-site, and the squared nose is suitable for risers that need defined edges-ideal for environments regulated for tread visibility or accessibility.
