This tread is built from durable rubber, with every element engineered for commercial applications where traction and longevity are non-negotiable. At 48 inches long and 12.5 inches wide, each piece covers a full stair with generous depth, making them well-suited for corridors, office buildings, schools, and anywhere that sees continuous foot traffic.

The raised round profile does more than break up the look-it provides real underfoot grip even with wet conditions, reducing the risk of slips throughout your facility. The dark brown tone brings a grounded, neutral presence that's practical for hiding everyday scuffs and marks, so it keeps looking respectable between cleanings. The square nose angle fit gives a crisp geometric edge, sitting flush with the riser and designing out trip risks you sometimes get with rounded alternatives.

This stair tread is part of Tarkett Johnsonite's Angle Fit series, so it's compatible with their known reliability and backed by a 5-year warranty. Measurement-wise, you're working with a profile that spans nearly a foot and a half deep, which covers the vast majority of stair layouts straight from the box-no extra adjustments or piecing together smaller treads. Installation is straightforward, though using the right adhesive (not included here) ensures the best bond and performance.

Rubber as a base material means flexibility and resilience-these don't crack under pressure or warp with shifts in temperature. They're also easier on the joints compared to concrete or harder treads, so over long days, your crew or visitors won't feel the fatigue as quickly. Made in the United States, these treads adhere to exacting quality standards and are produced in facilities with a reputation for consistent outputs.

When comparing commercial stair coverage options, factor in not just the upfront price but how infrequently you'll need to replace a stair tread at this durability tier. The raised round pattern wears evenly, which cuts down on replacements in high-traffic zones. Whether you're fitting out an entire staircase or just managing a few replacement steps, the square nose keeps lines sharp and maintenance easy. If you value reliable traction, minimal upkeep, and a look that fits everywhere from office lobbies to industrial back stairwells, this model delivers.
