Call Now for Exclusive Savings on the Tarkett Johnsonite Raised Square Brown Stair Tread, a rubber square nose solution measuring 72 inches for durable step coverage. This stair tread delivers a solid feel underfoot with practical traction-qualities that make it well-suited for high-traffic commercial spaces and busy home entrances alike. The raised square finish in brown does a good job of catching debris and reducing slips, while its darker shade better hides marks from frequent use and routine cleaning.

The 72-inch length means you can trim to fit most standard staircase widths or run the full width on broader steps without seams to disrupt the surface. At 12.5 inches wide, the Tread provides ample step depth coverage, taking you from riser to front edge in a single piece. The square nose profile brings a sharp, defined edge, improving step visibility and making it easier to align neatly on long flights of stairs. Manufactured from thick commercial-grade rubber, the tread is built for extended use in demanding environments-a claim supported by Tarkett's 5-year warranty.

The uniform pattern of raised squares isn't just for looks; it spreads pressure evenly and keeps footing steady in both dry and slightly damp settings. This tread feels more forgiving than bare wood or metal if someone's foot hits the edge off-center. The Angle Fit construction helps the tread sit flush and tight on various step types, minimizing installation hassle and preventing unwanted movement over time. Production happens entirely in the United States, so you're getting consistency in materials and fabrication from batch to batch.

Adhesives and installation accessories are sold separately, giving you flexibility to pick a bonding method that matches your subfloor-rubber cement for concrete steps or epoxy adhesive where moisture might be a concern. While the raised square pattern is a staple in professional settings, the muted brown integrates easily with a range of flooring, for those considering use in residential entryways or mudrooms. Price reductions are available for this SKU (RNSQ477), making it a cost-effective pick for those managing multiple steps or remodeling staircases on a budget.
