Invest in the Roppe Greige Ribbed 72 Inch Rubber Stair Tread delivers traction and durability with a ribbed finish, available in both square and round nose profiles. For commercial stairways with non-stop foot traffic, this tread covers standard dimensions easily-measuring a full 72 inches in length and 12.25 inches wide. Installers will appreciate that it arrives ready to fit most steps, without needing splicing or patching for coverage.

The ribbing extends edge to edge, giving employees, visitors, or students steady footing even in high-use settings. Made from long-wearing rubber, the tread holds its shape through repeated heel strikes, dragging, and daily cleaning. The neutral greige tone blends quietly with carpet, tile, or resilient flooring, so you keep a consistent, professional appearance without clashing with your other finishes.

Both square and round nose profiles are offered under this model, which is a relief if you're handling remodels or variable stair types in the same facility. The ribbed surface delivers more than just grip-it gently guides debris out of traffic lanes, so cleaning crews spend less time on touchups and the stairs keep a neat look between routine sweeps. There's some give underfoot that softens footsteps-a quality that helps subdue background noise in echoing corridors or lobbies.

Maintenance is straightforward, with rubber that stands up to marks and scuffs far better than many alternatives. The finish helps to hide everyday bumps, letting the stairs stay tidy through busy shifts. The manufacturer provides a five-year warranty, which is reassuring for facility planners expecting a solution that will hold up across seasons and heavy use.
