Exclusive Deals with Roppe Brown Ribbed 72 Inch Stair Tread Square or Round Nose, a rubber stair tread in brown measuring 72 inches by 12.25 inches for dependable coverage. This tread is built for facility teams who expect consistent traction, visual durability, and straightforward installation in public spaces. The ribbed surface adds security on each step, minimizing slips even on hectic days. The understated brown color hides blemishes from heavy use, keeping maintenance simple in hallways, lobbies, and stairwells that see traffic all week.

You get a full 72-inch length across with a 12.25-inch width from riser to nosing, offering true step-to-step coverage for standard commercial stairs. The option for square or round nose profiles means you have flexibility for different stair builds or retrofitting. No need to hunt down alternate treads if you have mixed steps-either option delivers a finished look and fits typical building requirements.

Material-wise, this is solid rubber, which means it absorbs the abuse of daily footfall and the impact of rolling carts. It resists cracking and curling, crucial for environments where downtime for repairs isn't acceptable. The ribbed finish supports slip-resistance and makes the job easier for custodial staff-dirt and debris stay on the surface, so routine cleaning takes less time. Made in the USA, this tread also answers sourcing needs for domestic projects and comes with a five-year warranty, reflecting Roppe's standard of performance under pressure and repeated use.

The brown tone masks marks better than pale treads, keeping stairs looking neat day after day. Practical for interiors with mixed flooring materials, this tread blends right in instead of clashing or standing out. If you manage stairwells that have seen multiple renovations, this consistency in color and coverage helps unify the look and saves time matching to existing finishes. The tread is compatible with most commercial adhesives (sold separately), designed for efficiency whether you're doing large installations or just swapping out a damaged section mid-year.
