Dont Pay Retail- Save Now on the Roppe Clove Ribbed 72 Inch Stair Tread, a rubber solution in Clove color, measuring 72 x 12.25 inches for professional stair coverage. The Roppe Clove Ribbed Stair Tread handles everyday wear and tear in high-traffic environments where slip prevention and surface longevity matter most. Each piece measures a full 72 inches by 12.25 inches, covering standard commercial steps with a single tread-meaning fewer gaps and efficient installation, especially if you're outfitting a stairwell with multiple flights in need of reliable coverage.

Made in the USA from all-rubber material, this tread stands up to heavy foot traffic without losing its shape or grip over time. The lengthwise ribbing is practical above all-helping shoes and boots hold traction even when conditions bring water or dust inside. While the functionality is paramount, the Clove color was chosen to keep things understated and professional, masking marks and minor debris for a tidy presentation that will fit seamlessly into a range of workplace settings, from hospitals to municipal buildings.

Select between square and round nose profiles to match the existing configuration of your stairs or to suit new construction projects. This flexibility helps contractors and facilities teams keep the look and feel consistent throughout a property without being limited by one configuration. The ribbed finish allows for added safety where building codes or liability concerns require more attentive floor care, especially in areas that might see moisture or loose dirt on a regular basis.

The stair tread is supported by a five-year warranty and fixed dimensional specs, making ordering and planning for large projects far more straightforward. You won't have to manage trimming or significant modifications-each tread arrives ready to fit as described. The product works with standard adhesives, so sourcing installation materials won't slow down your crew or delay completion dates. Consistent sizing and material integrity mean less time spent on-site and fewer surprises during maintenance checks.

Maintenance is straightforward; this tread's all-rubber makeup holds up to repeated cleaning and tough conditions where cheaper composite options might quickly show their age. It's a common choice for property managers and contractors who prioritize safety and efficient upkeep for stairwells that see constant use. The muted Clove finish prevents the surface from looking worn too soon, while the ribbing helps keep the platform secure even as daily dirt accumulates.
