Shop with Confidence with a 5 Year Warranty which makes the Roppe Ashen Ribbed 72 Inch Rubber Stair Tread in Ashen color a practical choice for safe, high-traffic steps at 72 inches long and 12.25 inches wide. When steady footing and reliability are required, this tread's textured ribbed surface directly addresses the realities of commercial and public buildings-helping manage daily amounts of foot traffic and rolling equipment without faltering. The ribbed finish increases traction underfoot and channels away water and debris, which supports both safety and housekeeping.

This tread covers a full 72 inches in length and 12.25 inches in height, fitting the depth and width of most standard commercial stairways. It ships in a single piece for minimized installation steps and a continuous look. Ashen, an understated color, is selected for its capacity to mask dust and everyday wear, making cleaning schedules easier and reducing the visibility of minor scuffs. Two edge profiles are available: square nose for a more defined edge, or round nose for a softer finish over the stair's lip, giving options for different style requirements or functional preferences.

The material is a resilient rubber, produced entirely in the USA for closely monitored quality. That means you get something that won't harden or crack under demanding use. The tread holds up to the wear from daily pedestrian use, hand trucks, and cleaning machines. The 5-year warranty is standard across the line and provides support for property and facility managers responsible for high-traffic buildings.

Beyond appearance, the ribbing pattern is engineered for slip resistance, especially important in areas where stairs may occasionally get damp. Each section channels moisture and dust away from the stride path, helping users keep their footing and supporting compliance with commercial codes focused on safety. Consistency of color and surface texture from step to step also matters-if you're responsible for building aesthetics, that uniformity is noticeable. Every piece arrives true to shade and finish, supporting a cohesive overall look in any installation.

You'll receive the tread as a single, long piece, so installers spend less time cutting and matching compared to piecing together shorter sections. Less waste means lower material costs and less cleanup. With raw materials and final assembly handled in the United States, attention to quality control is maintained at every stage.
