Guaranteed Savings Flexco Graystone 800 Heavy Duty Square 72 inch Rubber Stair Tread delivers solid stair coverage and a reinforced metal nose for demanding environments. For locations that see intensive foot traffic-like schools, transit hubs, or busy retail areas-this stair tread stands out for its dependability. The squared profile keeps the look simple and current, suitable for spaces where a no-nonsense, practical aesthetic is needed.

The tread stretches 72 inches long by 12 1/4 inches wide, giving complete surface protection for most commercial stairs and eliminating exposed areas that can wear prematurely. Made from solid rubber, each tread incorporates a metal-reinforced nose. This reinforcement adds a noticeable layer of stability, especially at the point of impact where most wear-and-tear typically occurs. If you've installed or maintained high-traffic steps before, you'll know why this matters. The Graystone color is a medium, cool-toned gray that adapts to a wide variety of interiors and masks daily scuffs and marks efficiently-an asset in settings where maintenance needs to be minimized.

Supported by a 10-year warranty, these treads are produced in the United States under established quality standards, so reliability and ongoing support are built into the purchase. The square-edge profile keeps edges aligned tightly to the riser, creating a tidy finish that resists snagging and dirt accumulation. To install, standard adhesives typically used for commercial flooring suffice, and the 72-inch span means fewer seams for a neater look and faster installation-ideal for jobsites where downtime needs to be limited.

This product meets rigorous safety and compliance specifications, with a metal-reinforced front edge and a squared format that help support building code adherence in heavy-use environments. That, combined with a warranty spanning a decade, is key for facilities where lifespan and cost stability matter.
