Shop Today and Save with Arizona Tile Tivoli Grigio 12 inch x 24 inch Tile, designed as a color body porcelain flooring option in a neutral gray, strikes a practical balance between visual appeal and functional engineering. Porcelain's reputation for density and moisture resistance means this tile is well suited for both residential and commercial spaces that see plenty of traffic or the occasional spill. Whether you're laying out a busy kitchen, entryway, or a larger retail setting, the 12-inch by 24-inch format allows for a modern staggered grid, minimizing grout lines and giving the room an open, continuous feel.

You're working with rectified edges, which is worth noting-it lets you install the tiles with tighter joints for a cleaner, more streamlined look. It's a subtle feature until you see a completed floor and realize just how crucial those sharp lines can be, especially in open-concept spaces where every detail stands out. If you're matching finishes around corners or transitions, the surface bullnose option comes in handy and saves you from searching for trim that actually matches the glaze.

This tile measures 10 mm thick and provides stability underfoot without the unwieldy weight of some thicker porcelain slabs. The gray color (Grigio) sits comfortably in the cool, contemporary palette range-meaning it won't dominate a room but still adds definition, especially when paired with lighter walls or cabinets. Those looking to coordinate this tile throughout a commercial build will appreciate the 10-year commercial warranty for extra peace of mind.
