In Stock Now, the Tarkett Johnsonite Hammered Grey Haze Stair Tread 60 inch Square Nose offers dependable stair protection with a practical hammered gray surface. For facility managers and property owners seeking long-term solutions, this stair tread stands out for its resilience to daily foot traffic, streamlined upkeep, and a look that fits easily into commercial interiors without standing out or clashing with existing finishes. The hammered texture not only camouflages scuffs and marks but also adds a measure of traction, keeping things safer underfoot in entryways, corridors, or any public setting.

At 60 inches in length and 12.5 inches in width, you're getting full coverage for most standard commercial steps-no awkward edges or corners left exposed. The square nose profile fits flush against risers, providing a smooth, consistent edge visually and underfoot. You notice the difference when the fit is precise-it just feels right, eliminating any sense of a mismatch or uneven edge that sometimes happens with generic sizing. The so-called Angle Fit model sits comfortably with most stair configurations and looks visually balanced from the front or the side.

This tread uses commercial-grade rubber throughout, which is selected for its durability as well as slip resistance. The hammered surface is all about practical traction-especially helpful when dealing with rain-soaked shoes or heavy usage throughout the day. There's a 5-year warranty in place, which is notable for a commercial-grade stair product and signals confidence in its long-term wear resistance. Sourced and made entirely in the United States, the product aligns with domestic standards. It pairs well with compatible adhesives, and there are accessories like rubber risers and alternative adhesives available for tailored installation, depending on specific stair requirements or safety codes.

The coloration holds steady over time without gradual fading or patchiness, thanks to the through-color rubber construction-no top layer to peel or flake. The square front provides a crisp, clean look that feels current without pushing the overall aesthetic too far.
