Available Now Tarkett Minerality Mara 12 x 24 Leather Rubber Tile delivers a Mara color in a 12 x 24 inch rubber tile with a practical leather finish. This offering from Tarkett's Minerality Series gives you a contemporary, earth-toned surface that holds up under demanding daily foot traffic-think corridors, classrooms, or commercial entryways where spills and scuffs are routine. It's a solution that prioritizes both longevity and visual consistency without unnecessary embellishment.

Each tile measures 12 inches long by 24 inches wide, offering coverage with clean lines and a broad rectangular shape that makes layout planning straightforward. The leather finish introduces a low-sheen, slightly textured surface. You notice the tactile grip immediately when walking, but it doesn't overpower the look of the floor-there's traction for safety and comfort, but nothing that distracts the eye. Cleanup is simple: dust and dirt can be managed with standard sweeping or mopping, so day-to-day upkeep isn't burdensome for staff. The Mara tone runs uniform from edge to edge, avoiding patchiness and batch variation issues common with some commercial flooring solutions.

The rubber construction not only cushions footsteps, making shifts easier on your legs, but also stands up well against dropped objects and routine wear. With a 5-year warranty, performance is not left to chance-Tarkett supports the tile for standard manufacturing concerns. For project leads and contractors, sourcing is simpler thanks to domestic production in the United States. That helps on project timelines and meets requirements for U.S.-based procurement guidelines.

Adhesives are not included, so facility teams can select the specific adhesive product that matches their subfloor and site requirements. This flexibility becomes valuable when dealing with multiple renovation phases or varied substrate materials within a facility. Tiles maintain consistent color across shipments, helping avoid mismatches or rework during larger installations.
