Fast Shipping Tarkett Melodia Clay Grey 988 Homogeneous Vinyl 6.56' Wide offers a straightforward flooring solution for demanding commercial environments where durability can't be an afterthought. Built as a homogeneous, 2 mm thick sheet with a generous 6 feet 6 inches width, it covers large spaces quickly and with fewer seams, which matters when you're planning for a consistent, cohesive look in corridors, classrooms, or clinics.

The Clay Grey 988 shade sits comfortably between cool and neutral, pairing just as well with modern fixtures as it does in more classic workspaces. This is not a patterned floor that draws attention; instead, the non-directional surface hides traffic patterns and resists the uneven wear you tend to see in busier areas. Scratches, scuffs, and tracked-in dust have a much harder time showing up during a workday.

You're looking at a floor with a UV-cured polyurethane finish-practical in every sense of the word. It stands up to stains and holds its original feel under rolling chairs and routine cleaning equipment. With homogeneous construction throughout, what you see on the surface runs straight through the material, so even years into its service life, your maintenance team won't find sudden color shifts or odd patchwork after touchups.

Adhesive installation (glue down) is going to be key for sites expecting non-stop foot traffic and heavy commercial use. The Melodia series doesn't come with pre-attached underlayment or click-lock features by design-this product is intended for installations where professional adhesive work can maximize the floor's resilience and lifespan. The 10-year commercial warranty gives clarity on the longevity and confidence that this floor can maintain its performance in environments that see a lot of action.

If you're sourcing vinyl flooring for a commercial location-maybe a healthcare facility, school, or hospitality venue-where downtime is minimal and the floors need to withstand regular cleaning cycles, the Melodia Clay Grey 988 checks every box for performance and practicality. Produced in the United States, it meets the reliability standards for American commercial spaces while streamlining installation in large rooms.
