Choose Tarkett Johnsonite Smooth Sandalwood Rubber Tile Brown 24 x 24 Rubber Tile 24 inch x 24 inch is designed for commercial spaces needing reliable, solid floor coverage that resists wear and delivers a polished, even profile.
This Smooth Sandalwood rubber tile from the Tarkett Johnsonite line arrives in a versatile 24 x 24 inch format, making it a logical choice for covering broad areas quickly without creating a busy grid of seams. The solid brown color lands right in that sweet spot between utility and aesthetics-rich enough that it doesn't show dust immediately, neutral enough to blend quietly with a wide variety of decors. The smooth finish isn't glossy or slick, just clean, and is easy to keep looking tidy with regular maintenance. No raised textures or patterns, so moving carts, rolling chairs, or heavy equipment over it feels even, without vibration.
This is laid-up rubber in a single solid color-not flakes or variegated blends-which means consistency from tile to tile. The 24-inch width and length allow for predictable layouts-handy in multi-room projects or when you're trying to maintain a uniform look across multiple spaces. At this scale, installation goes faster, and you reduce the number of seams in high-traffic or high-moisture environments. Best of all, the tile is made in the United States and backed by a 5-year warranty, which gives you peace of mind when specifying for education, healthcare, or commercial offices.
Accessories, adhesives, and trim options are broadly compatible with the Tarkett Johnsonite system. The Smooth Sandalwood series is meant to simplify maintenance, and its finish stands up to repeated cleaning and regular usage over time.
