This tile is supplied in a true 24 inch by 24 inch square, providing efficient coverage for both commercial and institutional spaces while minimizing seams on your finished floor. The brown shade delivers a classic, continuous look that won't compete with your décor, and the smooth surface is straightforward to clean-just a broom or mop and it's ready for daily use. The consistent color carries from tile to tile, meaning the finished floor always looks put together and intentional.

Tarkett is a name that's recognized by flooring professionals across industries. These tiles are manufactured in the United States and have a five-year warranty backing them, adding peace of mind for projects demanding reliability from every component. Made with durable rubber material, each tile stands up to the foot traffic and moving carts you encounter in education, healthcare, office, or public settings. The surface won't absorb dust or dirt, which means maintenance routines are straightforward and you won't spend extra time keeping them looking presentable.

The precision of the cut edges is noticeable: seams line up cleanly for a tidy finish, which not only improves appearance but helps keep the floor safe from trips or snags. The tile's solid structure is forgiving underfoot and can accommodate minor irregularities in the subfloor, helping smooth out imperfections after installation. When you lay out these tiles, compatible adhesives developed for rubber products will ensure they stay put through years of use.

The brown color palette is especially versatile-these tiles work as a dependable base layer or as part of larger layouts that incorporate different colors from the Johnsonite Smooth collection. If you're tasked with specifying for practical environments, such as schools or offices, the no-nonsense aesthetic blends well with most wall colors, trim, and furniture. Matching wall bases are readily available to tie the room together visually and functionally.

Maintenance is refreshingly simple: loose dirt sits on the surface rather than sinking in, so routine upkeep never turns into a major chore. Solid rubber also helps keep sound levels comfortable in shared areas thanks to its natural acoustic properties-a detail you'll appreciate in settings where noise management is important. Made in the United States, these tiles meet the expectations for consistent quality and performance, supporting both renovation projects and new installations nationwide.

Quick fulfillment is an option with multiple supply chain routes and national delivery, supporting both rapid renovations and larger construction schedules.
