Shop Online and Save on Tarkett Johnsonite Rice Paper Mystify Rubber Tile Gray Rubber Tile 24 inch x 24 inch stands out when reliability and consistency are non-negotiable on job sites with high foot traffic. Each 24" x 24" tile brings a uniform gray tone that works efficiently in open-plan offices, schools, medical centers, and retail areas, balancing neutrality with practical performance.
The surface finish, named Rice Paper, offers an understated texture-just enough for added traction but smooth enough to make daily cleaning straightforward. You won't find raised patterns or dramatic grooves here. Instead, there's a subtle feel underfoot that helps reduce slips without making dust cling to the surface. This makes each tile a dependable choice for environments where both safety and easy maintenance matter.
The entire tile is made from solid color rubber, so the gray runs throughout the material instead of sitting only on top. This all-through coloring means scratches or scuffs remain less visible, and the floor continues to look even as it ages. The larger 24 by 24 inch format decreases the number of seams and speeds up installation, giving a uniform look that's practical and quick for flooring specialists to work with.
Maintenance is straightforward-routine sweeping or mopping is typically enough to keep the surface looking professional even through long workweeks. The tile's thickness and construction give moderate sound absorption, and the underlying material feels slightly softer underfoot compared to some harder surfaces. This can be a plus in spaces where people are on their feet for extended periods.
These tiles are part of Tarkett's well-regarded Rice Paper series and are made in the United States, meaning consistent quality control and stable access for commercial buyers. A 5-year warranty adds further confidence for business owners and facility managers handling large-scale renovations or new installations.
