Order for Quick Use | Tarkett Tarkett Johnsonite Brushed Burnt Umber Rubber Tile Brown Rubber Tile 24 inch x 24 inch is tailored for commercial spaces that need long-lasting, slip-resistant flooring in a muted brown tone. The 24 by 24-inch tile format covers large areas efficiently, reducing installation time and minimizing seams-good for anyone planning projects in schools, offices, or healthcare spaces where traffic never really stops. The Brushed finish on the surface isn't just for looks; it delivers extra traction underfoot while still cleaning up easily with standard methods.

This tile is made from solid color rubber, so the burnt umber shade carries through even when you need to trim edges for a custom fit. Handling these tiles, you notice the flexibility but also the stability-no fighting with edges that want to curl up, and they lay down flat right out of the box. The Brushed profile is subtle but functional: enough texture to make a difference if moisture is a concern, but not so pronounced that you have trouble with cleaning equipment or feel discomfort when walking in thinner-soled shoes.

You're getting a US-made option with consistent quality and straightforward installation-glue-down is standard, and there aren't hidden steps for prep or special adhesives mentioned. Because it's part of the Johnsonite series, you can reliably source tiles and accessories from the same line, and the single-shade profile simplifies replacements or additions as needs change over time.

There's a five-year warranty on these tiles, and no gloss finish means scratches are less visible from rolling carts or typical foot traffic. You avoid harsh chemical smells, and the tiles keep their color without looking chalky or worn down quickly, even under heavy daily use. Commercial buyers will also appreciate the pricing structure and availability-ordering in quantity often brings additional savings, with delivery schedules aimed at minimizing project downtime.
