Nationwide Top Dealer Tarkett Johnsonite Beige Hammered 48" One Piece Stair Tread Riser provides reliable rubber coverage and a hammered finish for functional stair protection. It does more than just cover the basics-it's purpose-built for spaces where longevity and uniformity matter. The beige color is understated and neutral, so it integrates easily into a broad range of commercial or residential interiors without standing out or clashing.

You're looking at a riser that stretches a full 48 inches in length, with a 19-inch width. That means most standard staircases are fully covered from edge to edge-no awkward seams or overlapping strips needed. The hammered finish doesn't just set it apart visually; it helps limit the appearance of everyday scuffing and marks. With high-traffic areas in mind, this slightly textured surface holds up and remains presentable even after steady use, so cleaning and upkeep don't become a headache.

This riser arrives as a single molded piece, made from rubber noted for its flexibility. With a one-piece construction, installation is faster, and you eliminate the tiny gaps or shifting that can happen with multiple pieces joined together. The flexibility also delivers comfort underfoot while absorbing sound and minor impacts. Contractors and installers tend to appreciate this approach because it saves time during fitting and reduces the need for touch-ups down the road. If you're outfitting a full set of steps, this is meant to pair with the corresponding stair treads in the same finish, delivering a consistent look throughout your installation.

Adhesion is straightforward, since rubber bonds well with standard adhesives commonly used in the field. This approach means you can expect fewer issues in the long run, and maintenance crews won't be left wrestling with pieces that detach or shift. The riser is backed by a five-year warranty, which signals Tarkett's confidence in its long-term performance-in particular, its resistance to daily wear and tear. And for those keeping an eye on sourcing, it's produced in the United States for assured supply consistency and manufacturing standards.
