Orders Processed ASAP, Tarkett Color Splash Raised Round Stair Tread Gray 48 inch rubber model offers square-edge coverage for commercial steps at 12.25 inches wide. If you're working with commercial, education, or public projects and don't have time for surprises, this tread meets codes while maintaining a consistent appearance across jobs-no glossy surface, no wild color shifts, just the same reliable gray every time. Made in the United States, it's the kind of durable, all-rubber solution that holds up to frequent foot traffic without complaint, and you avoid import slowdowns or variable production standards that can trip up a deadline. Cost-savings kick in with the long lifecycle; you're getting a full 5-year warranty, and you won't be hunting for replacements due to surface wear or lost traction.

The length is a true 48 inches, broad enough for standard commercial stairs, covering 12.25 inches deep with every tread. That keeps seam lines and cuts to a minimum, delivering a neat, professional look throughout whatever bank of steps you're tackling. The raised round profile doesn't just add texture for style; it's built in to maximize anti-slip protection. Every circular segment is part of the tread itself, so unlike peel-and-stick textures, these won't shear off under pressure or become slick over time. For areas where safety and visual continuity are both factors-the places where nobody's patting you on the back for smart flooring, but you'll definitely hear about it if things go wrong-this is a straightforward choice that doesn't need babysitting.

The square profile at the step edge sits flush, producing a sharply defined line up against your risers. It's a finishing touch you notice when you stand back after installation-not a tacked-on afterthought, but a proper transition from tread to riser. Rubber as the sole material keeps noise down, dampens footsteps, and resists chipping or gouging. You'll get additional flexibility with adhesives, as Tarkett's Color Splash Raised Round can be paired with different installation systems, provided you double-check against the latest technical recommendations. Maintenance isn't a project: surface scuffs, dirt, and cleaning agents aren't going to prematurely age this tread. You can sweep, mop, and keep it looking presentable-even in high-turnover locations-without worrying that you've got a high-gloss finish to baby or a fragile color treatment to touch up.

Coverage matters at scale, and these 48-inch treads deliver it; fewer seams mean fewer chances for water, dirt, or wear to take hold over time, providing you with a cleaner install and a more uniform end result. That consistency extends to batch-to-batch production-ordering in volume doesn't mean risking mismatched colors or odd edges. If you've ever dealt with fast deadlines where you need every piece to fit together out of the box, this tread's build quality and reliable spec are a relief. There aren't hidden catches, sharp edges, or variable textures, and the no-nonsense five-year warranty covers you without piles of paperwork or ambiguous wording. It's a dependable spec choice you can recommend or install across multiple projects without second-guessing long-term performance.
