Buy Now and Save, Tarkett Johnsonite Color Splash Raised Square Stair Tread Gray 48 inch rubber profile ensures reliable stair coverage and slip resistance for commercial spaces. This tread is cut at 48 inches to span most commercial stair widths, so installation is straight to the point and finished pieces don't introduce extra seams. A width of 12.25 inches covers the tread with a tucked-under edge and raised square profile, providing a steady grip that holds up when foot traffic picks up. The raised squares aren't decorative-they're there to help keep steps predictable even if conditions get slick, which makes a difference in busy retail floors, public buildings, or offices where each step needs to count.

In Dusty Palouse gray, you get a floor accent that blends in and sets a practical tone. The color keeps marks and smudges from standing out, but it also works next to light and dark flooring, making it an option for spaces that see a lot of changes or maintenance over time. Unlike some products that call attention to themselves, this tread lets the rest of the environment set the look, while playing a subtle supporting role.

The rubber used here isn't delicate or high-maintenance. It takes regular cleaning-mops, standard detergents, even rougher scrubbing won't knock off its finish or bring problems down the line. On long days when the stairs are in steady use, the tread gives underfoot just enough to prevent the hard, echoing clatter of harder materials and absorbs some impact, without breaking down from constant wear. An included 5-year limited warranty shows clear expectations for reliability in buildings where new flooring isn't in the budget every couple of years.

Every tread is produced in the United States, so for facilities sourcing domestic products or working with contract requirements, this information checks one more box. No confusion on code or standards-every run matches in sizing and tone, which becomes especially important when pairing new and existing installations or ordering in bulk for ongoing projects.
