Orders Processed ASAP, the Tarkett Johnsonite Douglas Fir Color Splash Raised Square Stair Tread in green rubber measures 72 inches by 12.25 inches, delivering consistent slip resistance and a distinctive color profile for commercial stairs.

This stair tread brings together size, safety, and visual clarity for spaces that see a lot of daily movement. At 72 inches in length and 12.25 inches wide, it is sized to cover standard stair runs with minimal need for modifications, lending a clean and continuous look across a flight. The raised square pattern is not just for appearance-it adds tangible grip to every step, helping to lower the risk of slips in busy environments. The profile stays square along the edge, creating a finished boundary along the stair tread line and giving installers a reliable reference for alignment. The green Douglas Fir color stands out without being overwhelming-easy to spot but subdued enough to blend into institutional or commercial palettes that favor clarity and control over distraction.

Made entirely in the United States, the tread falls under Tarkett's Color Splash line, which means the visual and dimensional qualities are dialed in for projects that demand precision and a consistent finish throughout a property. The sturdy rubber material doesn't just look robust-it handles steady use and won't lose form after repeated footfalls. On warranty, buyers can expect five years of coverage from the manufacturer, a reassurance for procurement teams who want to avoid recurring replacement cycles and who value documented timeframes on big facility upgrades.

While this specific stair tread model doesn't ship with adhesives or additional accessories-at least, not by the manufacturer's documentation-the fit and sizing are intended to slot into larger renovation or retrofit plans. Multiple treads from the Tarkett raised square series can be installed side by side, simplifying ordering and guaranteeing a uniform step across long or multi-flight staircases. This is especially practical when you're managing facilities with multiple access points or coordinating a phased install: the identical sizing across the series minimizes misalignment and helps keep project timelines on track.

It's worth noting the specific SKU (RNSQSPVJ672) for anyone looking to reorder in the future or standardize on components for a broader roll-out-nothing is worse than a missing tread or mismatched tone halfway through a building overhaul.
