Exclusive Savings Tarkett Johnsonite Cozy Canyon Color Splash Stair Tread Gray Rubber 72 inch x 12.25 inch is designed to provide enhanced slip resistance and visual appeal in commercial spaces. This stair tread brings a practical mix of safety and contemporary style, qualities that building managers, architects, and contractors regularly look for in high-use environments. For office buildings, universities, and retail locations, the raised round finish works to reduce slipperiness, and the 5-year warranty offers peace of mind for long-term installations. Made in the United States, it reflects a commitment to consistent quality and dependable supply.

The square profile delivers a defined edge for each step and full coverage at tread ends, something that makes sense for both renovation and new construction. With a length of 72 inches, coverage across wide commercial stairs is straightforward-no need for awkward seams or piecemeal solutions. The 12.25-inch width offers broad step protection and conforms to many code requirements in public spaces. Cozy Canyon is a neutral, versatile color that integrates well with a range of floor schemes, providing a subtle contrast or blending in as needed depending on surrounding finishes. The appearance remains understated, supporting a professional look in both casual and formal applications.

Made from rubber, the tread offers a certain amount of cushioning underfoot and is noticeably quieter than harder materials when dealing with heavy foot traffic. The raised round pattern adds reliable traction, which is especially valuable in scenarios where water, dust, or dirt might be tracked inside. Application is straightforward, though adhesive choice should line up with subfloor surface and anticipated pedestrian flow. Cleaning is just as simple-rubber holds up well to both quick wipe downs and deeper cleaning schedules. The included 5-year warranty reflects the manufacturer's confidence in daily performance and longevity.

This tread fits within Tarkett's Color Splash line, so combining it with matching or complementary rubber stair products from the collection is simple. US-based manufacturing helps support domestic jobs and shortens lead times for project completion. If all you need is a stair tread that balances lasting performance with a neutral, finished appearance for any high-traffic commercial setting, this one deserves serious consideration.
