Buy Now and Save on the Tarkett Johnsonite Color Splash Stair Tread Blue 72 inch Rubber, a square profile stair solution measuring 12.25 inches wide for public and institutional use. This stair tread delivers tangible benefits where consistent foot traffic and safety standards are part of everyday routines. At 72 inches long, it fits standard stairs straight out of the box and covers the full width of most steps, so you will not be stuck trimming for every job.

The raised square surface delivers reliable traction-a key consideration for minimizing slip incidents in corridors, entryways, or stairwells with frequent movement. The tread nose is shaped to guide the foot naturally, offering stability at key transition points so every step feels predictable rather than abrupt. It's a surface you can count on in facilities where steady movement matters for both staff and visitors.

Visual cues on stairways matter in public settings, and the blue color option is both bold and clear without overpowering the surrounding interior. The Color Splash series brings choices for various spaces, but this shade is easy to spot and works well for applications that require sharp visual contrast for orientation and wayfinding.

Rubber construction is at the core of this tread's performance. It stands up to constant use and regular cleaning without losing flexibility, warping, or breaking down. Compared to vinyl treads, rubber holds its look and structure over time, even when exposed to changing environmental factors. Every tread is assembled in the United States and comes covered by a 5-year warranty that underscores reliability and peace of mind for building managers and installers alike.

You can set it in place using standard rubber-compatible adhesives, making installation direct and free from special requirements. Molded edges sit flush and don't roll or curl, helping the tread resist dirt, liquid, and other debris.
