Free Pick Up Tarkett Aria Dark Clay Grey 629 Homogeneous Vinyl in Gray is built for the realities of high-traffic commercial spaces, where performance, appearance, and longevity matter every day. Measuring 6 feet 6 inches wide and offered in a generous 75.5-foot length, this flooring makes it easy to plan efficient installations across offices, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, or any project that demands substantial square footage with minimal seams. The 2 mm thickness strikes a practical balance: thick enough to absorb daily wear without making installation unwieldy, and thin enough to sit flush where transitions to other surfaces are critical.

The homogeneous construction is a standout feature-meaning every layer of the Tarkett Aria sheet is made of the same color and material. This does more than look good out of the box. As time passes, even in areas with heavy foot or rolling cart traffic, scuffs or nicks in the floor won't expose a different underlying layer. What you see on the first day is what you'll continue to see well into the warranty period, backed by the practical reassurance of a 10-year commercial warranty and manufactured in the United States.

Gray, and specifically this Dark Clay Grey 629, reads as a truly neutral foundation-neither too cool nor too warm, pairing easily with a wide palette of wall colors, furniture options, or branding elements. That flexibility makes it an easy, responsible call for multi-use spaces and projects where you want longevity and adaptability in your color scheme. The non-directional pattern subtly masks dust and light debris and is forgiving when it comes to layout, making seams and off-cuts less visually obvious and helping installations look cohesive even as spaces evolve.

Durability in daily use comes not just from the base material but from thoughtful finishing. This Tarkett Aria vinyl is treated with a UV-cured polyurethane finish, which adds a clear layer of protection against common commercial hazards: tracked-in dirt, scuff marks, and minor chemical spills. It cleans with less effort-less scrubbing, less downtime, and reduced need for harsh chemicals or specialized equipment. All of which factor into lower ongoing maintenance costs and easier compliance with hygiene-sensitive protocols, whether you're running a clinic, a classroom, or a government office.

The glue down installation method is preferred for spaces where you want the flooring to feel rock-solid and permanent. For areas with wheels, heavy shelving, or even occasional moving of furniture, this installation ensures the surface stays reliably smooth-no curling or shifting along the edges, and no popping seams to repair. Measuring and ordering is straightforward: sold per square foot, you can tailor your order to unconventional floorplans or large open areas without unnecessary overage.

If you want every detail in your project to be covered-dimensions, durability, finish, and practicality-Tarkett's Aria Dark Clay Grey 629 Homogeneous Vinyl covers all the bases.
