Shop Online Arizona Tile Savannah Coffee 8 inch x 40 inch tile is a practical choice for refining commercial or residential floors where durability, an updated profile, and understated color matter. Made in the USA, this tile combines the warm, familiar tone of coffee brown with the elongated 8" x 40" dimension-a format that works well for open-plan layouts or spaces looking for something sleeker than standard square tile. The Savannah series is shaped around digital print technology, so you end up with surface detail that stands up to repeated scrutiny-grain, visual movement, subtle tonal shifts-without the repetitive patterns of traditional printed tiles. A matte finish tones down any possible glare and feels easier underfoot than high-gloss ceramic, which is a detail buyers tend to notice after a long day in shoes or repeated cleaning cycles.

This option is constructed from ceramic and porcelain, so you're not guessing about wear-especially in high-traffic zones or areas exposed to the occasional scuff. At 40 inches long and 8 inches wide, each piece stretches the look of the room and transitions cleanly from traditional to contemporary décor without feeling forced. The color itself reads as a deep coffee brown-not too dark or too red-making it flexible for coordinating with accessories, wall colors, and various wood tones. The matte surface also helps disguise light dust, smudges, or minor imperfections that do show up by midday in office settings or busy households.

The Savannah Coffee tile comes backed by a 10-year commercial warranty, which is not always standard for this category. That's the kind of assurance that supports long-term flooring projects-hospitality, retail, or just a kitchen you don't want to refinish again in five years. No wild special maintenance routines to remember; the surface holds up to normal cleaning cycles without a fuss. If you're comparing tile for different needs: this Savannah Coffee variation serves well in high-traffic living areas, commercial entries, and transitional designs now trending with that longer tile profile. The matte surface, digital print, and extra length pull their weight-just functional choices, executed cleanly. Stockage options are consistent, so shipment delays are less of a concern than with more boutique lines. Not every tile at this price point covers these boxes.
