Guaranteed Savings Roppe Vantage Circular Square Nose Pewter Stair Tread 60 Inch provides a modern, slip-resistant solution for 12.0625 inch wide stairways. This stair tread is made for environments that see a lot of foot traffic-places like schools, offices, or public buildings where durability and safety aren't optional. The circular raised surface pattern delivers dependable grip underfoot, particularly when conditions aren't ideal. From a practicality standpoint, it means fewer slip-related incidents, which can help minimize disruptions in busy settings.

At a full 60 inches in length and 12.0625 inches wide, this tread fits standard stairs without the need for complicated modifications. The color, Pewter, offers a low-maintenance, professional appearance that works well whether the space is traditional or more modern. The square nose profile edges off the step neatly, covering the stair front with a precise finish. Rubber construction is chosen specifically for its ability to withstand pressure and scuffing, providing a surface that bounces back even after years of daily use. Cleaning is straightforward as well-routine maintenance usually keeps these looking professional, thanks to the non-porous, stain-resistant nature of rubber.

The circular raised surface is engineered for performance, delivering traction without causing discomfort underfoot. This is especially valuable when meeting building code requirements for accessibility or maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The 10-year warranty covers long-term use, so building managers and procurement teams can feel confident that what they're ordering is a long-term flooring solution, not a band-aid fix for problem stairs.

Manufactured in the USA, this stair tread benefits from quality oversight and consistent manufacturing standards. For facilities requiring continuity across different stairways or floor levels, the Vantage line provides a matched set of trims, edges, and profiles that simplifies planning large-scale installations.
