Quick Ship Brown Roppe Low Profile Raised Circular Square Stair Tread 72 inch delivers substantial stair protection with a slip-resistant rubber surface for extended durability. For high-traffic stairwells-think commercial buildings, schools, or municipal spaces-this tread offers a practical answer for minimizing wear, extending the life of your steps, and improving safety underfoot. At 72 inches in length and 12.50 inches in width, it's sized to fit most standard commercial stairs without constant trimming, and the low-profile build means there's no awkward edge or extra thickness to catch feet on the way up or down.

The raised circular finish does more than add subtle texture; it gives every step a consistent grip, helping to reduce slips even when traffic spikes during busy times. The brown color keeps things understated, blending into a range of interiors-if you're replacing treads or outfitting a new site, it's versatile enough not to fight with existing flooring or wall colors. Each tread's squared edge runs flush with risers and nosings, creating a tidy, unobtrusive transition without any distracting overlaps or mismatches.

Made in the USA and supported by a 10-year warranty, this rubber tread is engineered for the realities of heavy use. Commercial managers and facilities teams often point out how these hold up: the surface resists scuffing and marks, and it's easy to clean. No intricate grooves or hidden seams means a mop or broom can do the job without wrestling grime out of corners; for settings where maintenance speed matters, that's a difference you'll notice fast. The single-piece construction spans the entire 72 inches, so there's no break in the tread-nothing for shoes to catch, no weak points developing over time.

This model comes without adhesives or accessories in the package, which leaves open the choice of installation method. For some, that's an advantage-you can specify the adhesive or fastener that fits your stair material or local safety code, rather than being locked into a one-size-fits-all peel-and-stick. It's a frequent request from pro installers and maintenance leads managing varied sites or materials.

When lining up multiple treads for broader stairs or longer runs, the uniform color and finish let you maintain a continuous, cohesive look step after step. The rubber construction is designed to absorb impact and resist daily wear, which means fewer calls for mid-cycle replacements and less disruption in busy environments. This tread holds its own in settings from transit terminals to offices, doing the work of safety and longevity without calling attention to itself.
