Fast Shipping, Roppe Light Duty Smooth Smoke Stair Tread 60 Inch delivers straightforward coverage and reliable performance in a Smoke finish, with Fast Shipping and easy installation for commercial stairs. If your project calls for a tread that looks clean and holds up to consistent, light foot traffic-think professional offices, smaller retail settings, or multi-unit residential hallways-this model fits right in. At 60 inches long and 12.38 inches wide, each rubber tread provides generous surface area and lands just right for most standard commercial stair runs. There's enough density to give underfoot comfort and deaden the echo of shoes, but it isn't overbuilt to the point of complicating installation or inflating cost.

The Smoke color lands in a true neutral zone-dark but not harsh, professional without veering sterile. It's the kind of finish that sits quietly alongside nearly any flooring scheme without fighting for attention or locking you into a style you'll regret in two years. The rubber is smooth-not glossy, just a practical matte that mutes scuffs and is genuinely easy to keep clean. You don't have to fuss with extra grooving or brush out dirt from hard-to-reach places, which is something facilities managers will notice after the first season of heavy use.

Profile options include either a square or round edge, both flush with the tread base for a tidy, trip-resistant look. It's a minor detail, but that choice eases the headache around aesthetic preferences or specific building-code requirements. Each stair tread is manufactured in the USA, so you're covered both on quality oversight and reliable availability for jobs that repeat order consistency. No mismatched treads years down the line-a detail that tends to matter more when you're overseeing larger properties.

The Light Duty Smooth model doesn't overcomplicate things. You get a single, pre-sized tread-no modular parts, no separate risers, and nothing extraneous. Compatible with standard commercial flooring adhesives (sold separately), it adapts easily to the most common substrates. There's flexibility here depending on whether you want a permanent bond or need the option to update down the line. Accessories, risers, and adhesives aren't included, but that does make for a lean, easy-to-specify part number-again, useful if you're kitting out an entire staircase run and don't want SKU confusion.

Pricing lands where you'd expect from a trusted name in contract flooring. You do get that added reassurance of five-year warranty coverage-a factor that can tip the scales for property managers weighing upfront cost savings against long-term value. Straightforward, low-fuss, and no surprises. The Roppe Light Duty Smooth line is kept in regular inventory, so if you expand a build-out down the road or ever need to replace a tread after heavy use, you won't be guessing at color or profile queues.

If you need specs, want to compare similar stair tread profiles from Roppe, or just want to take a closer look at installation resources, this stair tread and riser collection is kept current with the latest offerings.
