Shop Now and Save on the Roppe Light Duty Smooth Slate Stair Tread 60 inch, a practical 60" x 12.38" rubber tread available in slate color with your selection of square or rounded edge. This stair tread is built for daily use in lighter-traffic locations, where dependable slip resistance and straightforward looks matter most. The slate gray shade is neutral and functional, blending in easily with both professional and residential interiors - offices, reception areas, and apartment buildings that benefit from consistent stair protection without unnecessary visual distraction.

Each tread measures 60 inches long and 12.38 inches wide, making it suitable for most common step sizes. The rubber composition offers a secure walking surface and dampens sound better than firmer materials - a noticeable benefit in school corridors, smaller commercial properties, or shared residential spaces where regular foot traffic is expected but heavy-duty features would be excessive.

Treads can be ordered with either a square or rounded edge to meet diverse safety requirements or match the shape of your existing steps. A smooth surface finish discourages dirt from gathering, so cleaning by sweeping or mopping remains straightforward - a real plus for maintenance staff handling multiple stairways.

Adhesive is needed for installation, but not supplied, giving you the flexibility to select a bonding method that aligns with your current flooring and regulatory demands. Sizing and color remain consistent from piece to piece, which means future replacements or additions don't stand out or alter the overall appearance.

Produced in the USA and backed by a five-year warranty, this stair tread offers a reliable solution from an established supplier. It's especially suitable for those overseeing facility upkeep or outfitting multi-unit properties, who want straightforward stair safety and consistent visual appearance.
