Nationwide Top Dealer Roppe Roppe Dolphin Heavy Duty Smooth Stair Tread Dolphin Stair Tread 72 inch x 12.31 inch delivers dependable coverage and a low-maintenance surface for commercial stairways. This stair tread is a straightforward solution for managers and contractors responsible for high-traffic locations-schools, business complexes, and healthcare settings-all places where stairs must stand up to daily use, not just look good for the first month. Featuring a 72-inch length, the tread works for larger or wider steps in one continuous piece, reducing joints and shortening installation time, while the 12.31-inch width provides thorough step protection from edge to edge.

Labeled for heavy duty performance, it's made for settings where ongoing use and cleaning are givens. The smooth surface not only makes cleanup faster but keeps dirt from sticking, which is a real advantage for maintenance teams looking to keep high-visibility areas presentable with minimal effort. The color-Dolphin-is a versatile gray that blends easily into both traditional and contemporary interiors, offering a subtle look that doesn't overwhelm or clash with existing finishes and materials.

You can choose from two distinct edge profiles: the square edge creates a sharp, angular outline for spaces aiming for a modern, structured aesthetic, while the round edge softens the look and provides a slight cushion underfoot. While thickness isn't specified, heavy duty use is the focus here, so sturdiness isn't in question. The rubber composition is a practical choice for non-slip performance and holds up against repeated cleaning, which is crucial in commercial environments.

A 10-year warranty underlines the tread's staying power-an important consideration for buyers looking to minimize future replacements or unexpected repairs. Manufactured in the USA, it meets sourcing requirements that many public institutions and contractors rely on for compliance with domestic manufacturing policies.

This stair tread isn't a standalone product for just one kind of setup. If you're covering multiple stairs or want coordinated risers, additional compatible items and installation accessories are available, and you can review your options at bladesasap.com.
