Save Now on the Roppe Hammered Greige Square Nose One-Piece Stair Tread and Riser, designed in a 60 inch length for reliable stair protection. For architects, building managers, or contractors working in commercial and institutional spaces, this stair tread gets the essentials right: durability under heavy foot traffic, compliant safety edges, and consistent appearance across multiple installations. The greige tone lands right between gray and beige, which makes it easy to blend with most flooring palettes-especially in settings aiming for a clean, professional look without leaning too warm or too cold in their color profiles.

This is a true one-piece stair tread and riser, stretching a full 60 inches in length and 20.625 inches across, so you're able to handle standard commercial step widths without patching sections or fussing with multiple pieces per stair. The square nose profile adds a crisp geometric finish and gives more landing for foot placement, while offering the type of edge that's less prone to showing rounded wear over time. The hammered surface finish stands out here-it doesn't just reduce glare, it also helps the tread remain slip resistant even as scuffs and day-to-day traffic accumulate. If you've specified stair treads before, you know how a highly polished or flat finish can show dirt, salt marks, or tiny nicks almost immediately. The material is commercial-grade rubber, which absorbs noise and provides enough give to cut down on slips-particularly important in code-driven spaces.

Being a Made in USA product, quality control is consistent across runs. If you're managing a large facility or specifying treads for renovation, that means you'll avoid color variation headaches and back-orders that sometimes come with imported materials. At 60 inches long with a 20.625-inch width, the cut is generous compared to treads that require additional riser panels-good for minimizing seams and potential moisture entry points. The ten-year warranty covers defects and premature wear, which tends to be more generous than the standard five-year coverage. Installers will appreciate that there is enough surface area for most adhesives, though adhesive choice is not included in the box; you'll want to select the appropriate Roppe commercial adhesive for a secure fit on concrete, wood, or metal subfloors.

The hammered patterned finish isn't just about appearance-over time, that texture makes heavy-use stairs easier to maintain. You'll still want to clean them, but they don't show every muddy footprint. The greige color in particular tends to stay neutral, hiding scuffs better than pure white or solid black options. The square edge also ensures no dramatic variation in tread profile from step to step if you're installing in high-visibility areas like school corridors or office lobbies. Applications range from high-traffic corridors in public buildings, office stairwells, to healthcare facilities where durable, slip-resistant performance really matters.

For those looking for a reliable, low-maintenance stair tread and riser option that hits all the commercial requirements-ADA slip resistance, straightforward installation, long-term durability-the Roppe Hammered Greige model stands up well against standard treads. No complicated installation or custom trim needed. And you've got the backing of a ten-year manufacturer's warranty if anything unexpected comes up.
