Guaranteed Savings Roppe Hammered Square Nose Galactic Stair Tread 60 inch rubber type in Galactic color with a 12.25 inch width is built for dependable, long-term use on commercial stairs. When consistent durability is non-negotiable and you need a tread that keeps traction and maintains its look, this is a straightforward answer. The square nose profile reinforces each step and sits flush along the edge, minimizing trip hazards without looking bulky.

The hammered finish on this tread is more than a simple detail. It offers visible texture and a non-gloss surface, so even high-traffic environments-think busy lobbies, hotels, or educational facilities-can expect stain resistance and steady footing. The Galactic shade is a deep, neutral gray that blends with a variety of flooring palettes and conceals tracks between cleanings, keeping surfaces practical for maintenance teams and appealing for building owners.

Each piece is cut at 60 inches long by 12.25 inches wide, allowing for installation on a wide range of staircases, from broad entry steps to narrower fire escapes. Made in the USA, this tread is backed by a 5-year warranty, speaking to the manufacturer's confidence in the wear performance and resilience of the rubber. The square nose is especially popular in commercial retrofits since it transitions smoothly onto risers without catching the eye or tripping feet.

Accessories, adhesives, and installation materials are available to customize for unique site conditions, such as irregular step widths or specialty code compliance needs. If you're working on a facility project that calls for consistency from one staircase to the next, Roppe's sizing standards and color continuity help you handle bulk orders with fewer surprises, ensuring dependable results even when treads go in at different times. You can configure finishes and coordinate with comparable risers or contrasting rubber accents from Roppe if your project requires a specific look.

Routine cleaning is simple-most dust, grit, and spills lift away without aggressive chemicals, reducing maintenance downtime. Because these treads carry a commercial rating and meet durability benchmarks, they're a sound long-term investment for property managers watching their upkeep budgets and deadlines. The material holds its dimensions over time and resists the cracking or curling that sometimes strikes lower-grade options.
