Free Local Pick Up Mohawk Chocolate 6 Inch Vinyl Wall Base 6 inch x 96 feet coved profile gives facilities managers and contractors the extra vertical coverage needed for busy commercial spaces that see anything from rolling carts to heavy daily foot traffic. The wall base’s chocolate color keeps things visually grounded without drawing too much attention, working well along hospital corridors, classrooms, and office buildings where muted, practical tones make maintaining a tidy look simpler.

The finish offers a gentle matte, not glossy and not flat, letting it mask regular scuffs and marks that are inevitable in active environments. Unlike lighter tones, this deeper shade keeps up its appearance longer between cleanings, with surface smudges easily wiped away. At 6 inches tall, you’re shielding more wall than thinner bases cover—good news for locations where wall damage is frequent and top edges tend to take a beating from maintenance gear or shoes.

The 96-foot roll keeps interruptions to a minimum. Long corridors can be trimmed and installed with fewer seams, reducing potential weak points for moisture or grip loss over time. Its coved form supports efficient cleaning routines, letting mops clear dirt along the wall-to-floor junction smoothly, which is a practical advantage for spaces prioritizing easy maintenance and strong hygiene compliance.

The vinyl build is flexible enough for working into gentle corners but substantial enough, at 3/8 inch thickness, to stay put through daily use. Standard adhesives will work for application, without any need for nonstandard supplies or tools. For projects needing significant quantities in a short window, this wall base is readily available for free local pick up, helping save time for property managers and installers with urgent timelines. Order details and further info are always accessible from the local supplier’s site.
