Available Now Mannington Mannington Burke TS Brown 6 Inch Vinyl Wall Base Brown Vinyl Wall Base 6 inch x 100 feet delivers reliable coverage and a durable profile for professional-grade wall protection in high-traffic commercial and institutional spaces.

This is a 6-inch high, 100-foot long vinyl wall base strip in a standard brown color-subtle enough to blend into most interiors, visible enough to provide a clean, finished edge along floors and walls. The TS profile here means coved: the bottom edge is slightly rounded, so it fits flush to the floor, keeping dust and debris from accumulating behind the base. If you're debating profiles, coved is often preferred for maintenance and cleaning-especially in offices, classrooms, healthcare corridors, or public lobbies where standards for cleanliness tend to be non-negotiable.

Thickness is set at 1/8 inch. That provides the coverage you want-it won't warp, crack, or telegraph substrate imperfections the way thinner options can over time. The commercial-grade vinyl construction gives you flexibility during installation (it scores and trims with basic tools), but it's sturdy enough to stand up to rolling carts, vacuum bumps, or years of foot traffic. Mannington Burke has kept the finish consistent-there's no odd sheen or plasticky look, and it avoids that brittle feeling some cheap bases develop after a few years in sunlit spaces.

The 100-foot roll covers most long stretches-great for schools, offices, or renovation projects where you want fewer seams and less waste. Color is a mid-brown, and it works well with conventional carpet, VCT, or hard surface flooring. You won't find adhesives or fasteners included, so choose your preferred method; this base is compatible with standard acrylic cove base adhesives. Accessories, outside corners, and inside corners are available separately if you need to tackle a full room or complex layouts.

If you're searching for a practical baseboard solution that meets spec, handles the wear of busy public halls, and keeps the install straightforward, this is the standard many project managers come back to. See more specs and order directly here: Mannington Burke TS Brown 6 Inch Vinyl Wall Base.
