Available Now Mannington Mannington Burke TP Black 4 inch Rubber Wall Base Black Wall Base 4 inch x 100 feet is designed with coved profile construction and practical sizing for straightforward installation in busy commercial interiors.

This wall base comes in a classic black and measures a full 4 inches in height with a consistent 1/8 inch thickness across its entire 100-foot length roll. The durable rubber material gives it just enough flexibility to accommodate uneven wall surfaces while holding its shape, so corners and baseboards stay tidy and uniform over time.

The coved edge detail allows for a clean finish where the floor meets the wall. That means less worry about debris collecting in gaps-an especially relevant feature for schools, medical offices, and corridors where cleaning efficiency and finished appearance both matter.

There is no included adhesive, so you can select your preferred method based on site requirements and floor type. For projects that demand continuity of color and profile, the TP Rubber series offers consistency in both shade and finish, making it possible to match across multiple rooms or renovation phases. The 100-foot roll allows for fewer seams on longer runs and cuts down on overall splicing time, which can be a real advantage for large spaces or linear installations.

The black shade fits easily with a wide range of flooring styles and color palettes, from vinyl to carpet tiles. The resilient rubber construction is built to withstand the typical knocks and scuffs of commercial settings. Being able to order in a single continuous roll also means fewer storage hassles on the job.

For more specifics on installation guidelines or adhesive compatibility, refer directly to the manufacturer's documentation or consult your floor contractor. Mannington's TP Rubber wall base is an option that's as much about practicality as it is about staying within budget-especially when factoring in bulk roll pricing.
