Nationwide Top Dealer Mannington Burke ColorScape Gray 60 inch Rubber Stair Tread provides a reliable solution for updating 13 inch wide stairways with lasting quality. If you've worked with stairs before-even just in a retrofit-you'll know fast how much of a difference fit and finishing touches make in long-term durability and upkeep. With this tread, you're not adjusting for run-of-the-mill measurements or generic grays; it's purpose-built at 60 inches in length and 13 inches wide, so actual coverage is never an issue. That kind of sizing gives you full landing-to-landing versatility, whether it's for a commercial retrofit or institutional build-out.
Made from durable rubber, this stair tread holds its shape even after heavy use and repeated cleaning cycles. That's not a promise you get with just any tread on the market. The ColorScape Series is built around performance and consistency, which matters when you're managing multiple stairwells or want a cohesive appearance throughout a property. Its subtle gray is neutral without being bland-it's the sort of color that instantly works in schools, medical settings, and multifamily projects.
The 10-year warranty tells you something about what's underneath. Mannington Burke backs these treads because they're designed for real-world conditions-you're not getting a product that's high maintenance or likely to crack under daily foot traffic. Each tread is produced in the United States, which might not impact the day-to-day for everyone, but it does matter when you want to be sure you're getting reliable, consistent quality from run to run, order to order.
Most jobs will call for adhesive, but because these treads sit naturally flat and resist curling, installation is direct. There's no fighting corners or catching edges. With 60 inches of length, you can trim for custom landings if you need, but most standard commercial steps will fit without modification. If you have a specific profile or transition that needs to stay up to code, this tread is made to work within spec without extra fuss.
