Up to 40% off retail, the Mannington Burke ColorScape Charcoal 72 inch Stair Tread in gray rubber measures 72 by 13 inches for secure step coverage. This stair tread is built for spaces where performance and reliability are not negotiable-office towers, healthcare corridors, apartment complexes, you name it. The dimensions cover an entire standard stair in one go, cutting down on joints or visible seams, and giving each step a uniform, safe landing zone from edge to edge.

Every tread comes in at a full 72 inches long and 13 inches wide, making it a practical choice for most commercial and large residential installations. The gray rubber construction deals with high foot traffic and occasional scuffs without quickly wearing down, and the charcoal coloring fits easily with different flooring and wall palettes. Manufactured in the United States, each tread is supported by a 10-year warranty that covers long-term wear and manufacturing issues, underlining its value on high-traffic projects.

Once installed, you'll immediately notice the stability and slip resistance on each step. The surface helps cut down on noise and reduces impact, which matters in both busy workplaces or multi-unit buildings where quiet steps are a priority. Since the treads ship out at 72 inches, most standard stairs are handled in a single piece, minimizing extra cuts and speeding up the whole installation process. Cleanup and ongoing maintenance are straightforward-the rubber finish stands up to common cleaning routines without losing color or grip.

The ColorScape series offers steady, consistent color across batches, so whether you're outfitting a full staircase or coordinating replacements over time, you won't run into mismatched tones. Trimming for custom fits is simple with standard flooring tools. For property managers and contractors, the ten-year warranty means you're not facing premature replacements. As always, professional installation will deliver the cleanest result, but the forgiving nature of this tread allows for adjustments when needed along the way.
