Fast Shipping Flexco Hammered 72 inch Umber 900 Heavy Duty Rubber Stair Tread in Brown delivers reliable grip and protection with a 12 1/2 inch width for secure stair surfaces. This tread is formulated from heavy-duty rubber to deliver reliable, long-lasting performance, making it well-suited for settings where foot traffic is constant-commercial entrances, schools, and any area where safety isn't negotiable. The hammered texture does more than just look the part; it actively helps channel debris and provides strong traction, which means better slip resistance in busy or wet environments.

This product measures a full 72 inches in length and 12 1/2 inches in width to cover most standard stair steps without the need for piecing together multiple strips. You'll notice it comes with a square profile at the edge, which sits cleanly and presents a straightforward, modern look-different from more common rounded options. Adaptability is one of the key features, thanks to its adjustable nose: it aligns well even with staircases where edge depth or nosing varies, making installation smoother and eliminating gaps that can trip up a job in older or nonstandard builds.

The Umber 900 shade hits that comfortable midpoint in the brown family, so it pairs well with a broad range of architectural finishes and color schemes. It's neither too dark nor too light-goes about its job quietly without clashing with your existing interiors. As part of the Flexco Hammered series, this tread is made for environments where daily wear and repeated cleaning are facts of life; the heavy-duty rubber keeps its color and hammered texture for years, standing up well to rolling carts and boots. Made in the United States, it comes with a 10-year warranty, speaking to its longevity in demanding environments.

This stair tread is built to be easy to maintain. A mop or broom keeps the surface looking presentable, and the hammered texture masks day-to-day dust or minor marks better than flat finishes. While there's a range of adhesives on the market, this tread works with most standard commercial-grade products, so you're not locked into one proprietary solution. The model number (7290000P078) stays consistent throughout the series, which makes keeping supply for multiple projects or large facilities simple and mistake-free.

For property managers, contractors, or anyone working on upgrading busy facilities, the combination of coverage, adjustability, and slip resistance makes this stair tread a reliable option. It fills a need for safety and durability without getting complicated or fussy.
