Lowest Price Online describes the Flexco 72 inch Charcoal Heavy Duty Smooth Rubber Stair Tread, with square profile and 12 1/4 inch width, designed for demanding settings. This tread is meant for daily use in busy environments-at 72 inches long and 12 1/4 inches wide, it offers coverage for large steps and delivers practical function where safety matters most. The square profile gives it a straight, uniform look, which works well for commercial spaces, public facilities, and projects where consistency is key.

The charcoal color is versatile and manages marks and dirt without looking worn too quickly. Contractors and maintenance staff often prefer this tone because it balances the visibility of dust and scuff marks, making upkeep straightforward in settings with a lot of movement. Being classified as heavy duty means the rubber material stands up to daily impact, heavy shoes, and equipment traffic. It feels secure underfoot, and the surface helps minimize slipping, giving peace of mind in places where stairs see constant use.

The 72-inch length is practical because it spans most common commercial stair widths in just one piece. This way, you avoid joints and seams, which can be a weak point with repeated foot traffic. The 12 1/4-inch breadth meets commercial code requirements, so there's dependable coverage from front to back on most stairwells. The straightforward square edge ensures a clear, cohesive transition from tread to riser, adding to the tread's utility for a wide range of locations.

This tread is proudly made in the United States and comes with a 10-year warranty, backing its fit for projects that demand lasting results. The surface wipes down with ease-no need for specialized cleaning methods-and maintains its integrity through countless cleanings. Adhesives and fasteners aren't supplied with the tread, which means you can choose whatever installation system your building or regulations require. That flexibility has made it a favorite for both new builds and renovations where the installation method needs to be customized.
